SHIPPING
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address.
Processing & delivery times
- Processing: 1 to 4 business days
- Standard delivery: 2 to 7 business days
- Remote areas: Up to 10 business days
We ship within Canada only, via Canada Post. These timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as the package is in the carrier's hands.
During major promotions or high-traffic periods, additional delays may apply.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of your order. If an address error causes a package to be redirected, the additional fees will be charged to the buyer.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the merging of two separate orders going to the same address. To benefit from the best shipping rates, we recommend grouping your purchases into a single order.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
RETURNS
We hope you and your little one will love your purchase! If you wish to return an item, here are our conditions.
General conditions
- Window: 30 days from receipt of your order
- Restocking fee: $9.99 deducted from the refund
- Return shipping: At the customer's expense
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Accompanied by all their original tags and packaging
Final sale items
Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for return or exchange. Any item discounted by 50% or more from its original price is considered final sale.
How to initiate a return
All returns must be processed through our website, no exceptions.
- Log in to your account using the email address used for your purchase.
- Select the relevant order, then the items to return.
- Indicate the reason for the return and submit your request.
- If your request is approved, you will receive a return label and shipping instructions by email.
Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of our receiving your package. The $9.99 restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct online exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different size or model, please process a return following the procedure described above and place a new order separately.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so as long as no shipping confirmation has been sent. Contact us as soon as possible at info@morpheia.co.
No modification or cancellation can be made once the shipping process has started.
